This sounds like the same issue as described in #86, but the fix (`[Net.ServicePointManager]::SecurityProtocol = [Net.SecurityProtocolType]::Tls12`) does not work - at least not for me.

Tested unblocking Netherlands and only pinging from there, but with fly.io it still fails since Cloudflare still sees it as a US IP:   https://www.ipaddress.com/ipv6/2605%3A4c40%3A119%3Af6b7%3A0%3A3fa0%3Ac83%3A1

_Note: Before the move to fly.io, request came in with an actual local IP (like a Swedish IP if pinging from Stockholm)._
