Feature request: Make more regions available

The number of available regions was reduced recently, please consider reintroducing more available regions. Possibly under a separate more extensive list for those who needs it.

Justification: Using e.g. Cloudflare WAF enables you to block access to a resource based on location. To be able to use this feature to lock down access as much as possible it would be nice to be able to select from a list of more regions like we could before.

Tested unblocking Netherlands and only pinging from there, but with fly.io it still fails since Cloudflare still sees it as a US IP:

Note: Before the move to fly.io, request came in with an actual local IP (like a Swedish IP if pinging from Stockholm).
