Codeception isn't using the testing environment

Apparently, codeception acceptance tests just don't use the 'testing' environment. See [this StackOverflow](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/21869304/are-acceptance-tests-in-codeception-supposed-to-run-in-testing-environment-lar) post. I don't know of a good solution right now.
