Unable to retrieve patch data

Open arya-chak opened this issue 1 year ago • 7 comments

I am using a MacBook Pro with M1 Pro on macOS Ventura. I am able to sign in, but when I get to the launcher page, the play button remains inactive and in the bottom left corner I get the message: "Unable to retrieve patch data. Please check network connection. (208)" and when I exit the application it says: "You are currently patching. Are you sure you want to exit the SWTOR Launcher?" My mac is connected to wifi so I tried disconnecting and reconnecting, but I am still getting this message. How do I fix it?

Hi everyone, I'm on a trembling 2015 Macbook Pro with an Intel chip running on OS Monterey and having the exact same problem. The project is amazing it would be crazy to make it work that easily on Mac !

bump. MacOS Catalina 10.15.7. Once again, it is just amazing that this just works as well as it does though.
