Both #1646 and #2344 say that Pixelfed is already a PWA, but the Pixelfed instance I use (https://pixelfed.social) is not detected as a PWA. [Others are having this issue too](https://github.com/pixelfed/pixelfed/issues/2344#issuecomment-835351285).
