Build Citus on Windows

Is there any progress on this one? Is it possible to build it on Windows from the source code repository, even without the official support?

.NET Core 6 Found multiple publish output files with the same relative path

Same issue here. We have ASP.NET Core assembly referenced by test assembly. We need different default settings in appsettings.json for different runs. Not clear to me why is referenced assembly...
