Build Citus on Windows

Citus 5.0 is an extension; and the work involved to port it to Windows shouldn't be high.

This issue tracks building Citus on Windows and making sure that the regression tests pass. We could then over time provide official support for Citus on Windows.

Is there any progress on this one? Is it possible to build it on Windows from the source code repository, even without the official support?

Now Citrus is owned by Microsoft, hopefully this will be more likely to happen

Since the citus docker image is not running inside a VM, it is very much needed to build the Citus extension source using msbuild or nmake. Can someone in the community share the instructions?
