I agree with Frank. We should be consistent and use the pencil icon here.
Why only show on hover? For the other tables (automations, scripts, ...) we always show the icons. Overflow for narrow screens is a good idea.
So 'c' and 'e' will then basically open the same quick bar, since it will now be a combined one?

So that means it is that green line here, which I think is from `home-assistant-js-websocket`. 
I just looked in the coding of that JS file at the location specified in the error message (line 1, position 9840) and then "prettied" the coding.
