Move the connector closer to the edge of the PCB, so that it's not hidden below the display.
How about adding a metal frame for RF PA heat dissipation and shielding?
Both linear regs get warm, how about using DC/DC converters? I know it's an RFI issue ;-)

1. Power output is limited to 0.75W. At that power, the bias voltage is 2.9V. 2. There's a high pitched sound audible when PA is active. ALC circuitry works.
Pads are too small, it's hard to solder wires to them.
We need to add LED control lines (uhm... cathodes) to the interconnecting ribbon.
Provide a CRC value for some example LSF, like SRC: A1BCD, DEST: E2FGH, TYPE: 0x0005, CAN: 0, META: 0, reserved bits zeroed. Just so the reader/implementer can test his/her code...
As some radios like to invert phase at both tx and rx, it would be wise to have an option to enable phase inversion in software.
