That seems pretty straightforward. Your database credentials are not correct.

If there was something wrong with the database connection capabilities within Snipe-IT, nobody's Snipe-IT would work though. I'd check your database user permissions (localhost vs 127.0.0.1, etc)

Again, not really sure what to tell you here. We didn't change anything with respect to database connections, and if there was something broken within the system, literally nobody's Snipe-IT...
