I don't think we actually wanted all seats to ALL licenses, just all seats to a particular license.

Yeah, I don't *think* we've seen any other users/customers with this issue. I'd be curious to see your data as well.

Hi there - We haven't heard back in a bit, so I'm going to close this ticket for now, but will re-open it if you're still having issues. 

This is not something on the short-term roadmap. You can always work around this by adding additional information to the EULA field which goes out in emails.

Not sure what the ask is here - you can already search by notes on consumables.
