humm, yes dropping `--catalog` with correct CMS_PATH also worked for me .... no idea why I had the impression that this was not working.
I think error is random, for some IB it is `10805.31` and for other it is `10804.31` . Both if these workflows ran successfully for today's IB CMSSW_12_4 2022-05-02-1100
