Catch not found exception from GetViewForHwnd() to return null or throw ArgumentException

IApplicationView Guid incorrect for older version of Windows 10

VirtualDesktopHelper.MoveToDesktop() fails because the Guid for IApplicationView in the version I have is 2929D253-6BF8-47A5-B229-3ED113C5B404. If I change to this Guid it works. Settings says I have version 1511 Build 10586.545....
