A similar freeze (two) after falling on spikes. 
Similar problem: using an item (e.g. throwing an arrow) immediately uses a whip. It should only be one action per keystroke.

Having dived into Magento deeper than I ever wished, I'm thinking it has something to do with `catalog_product_entity_media_gallery` and `catalog_product_entity_media_gallery_value` tables, and some simple `insert into ... select ...` should...

Got it reproduced on iOS every time, with "AI Demos" addon. Let me give it a shot! iOS version crashes when a cache is corrupt, so it's particularly nasty one.
