Currently, it's extremely hard to review because of enormous amount of unrelated changes.

The solution is to switch to thriftpy2. But it seems happybase was abandoned, and we will need either to monkey patch thriftpy or fork happybase and use it for Frontera....

Guys @ZipFile, @voith, @isra17 what do you think? Now user can put spider middleware anywhere in the chain, but he has to mark requests as seeds if he wants them...
