Maintain a Hashmap that contains the hashes of all the files whenever a commit is done.

In the config.yml only maybe? THis would help the git diff work well... We need the files hash of the last commit there

Revert Won't work for Binary files

As it can not be read by string_from_utf8_lossy.. Think of a method to handle it and make that binary file again...
