Change the "Master" nomenclature

I believe the context is very different between master/main branch in a repo and master/leader node. Master nodes are not the main nodes in the cluster.

OpenSearch / OpenSearch Dashboards - macOS distribution (M1 ARM)

OpenSearch PR #1668 (https://github.com/opensearch-project/OpenSearch/pull/1668) adds build targets for M1 ARM for archive distributions. This should be a good start
