同步下08.15的结论: **8月底支持集群创建后自动加入的功能.** 1. 每个KB Cluster包含多个KB Component, 每个Component对应一个pika group 2. 每个pika group是一主一备形态, 启动时通过pod id来决策角色(0-主, 1-备) 3. 多个KB Component可以引用同一个ComponentDef 4. 不支持Component的动态添加和删除, 只能在集群创建时指定 5. ETCD重启后变量配置的问题, 可以在启动脚本判断是初次启动, 还是重启. KubeBlocks目前还没有支持Component的动态添加和删除, 会在后续版本中支持. - https://github.com/apecloud/kubeblocks/issues/4745
