Incorporate the config-manager sidecar into the lorry.

KubeBlocks sidecars, such as lorry and config-manager, are injected in different transformation stages. When HostNetWork is on, all sidecars should use ports allocated dynamically. Config-manager will look-up all containers to find a port named 'config-manger', which requires this port to be explicitly defined in cmpd.spec.hostNetwork.containerPort, and it is quite confusing to users.
