Add ReportMetrics to azureidentity.go

ReportMetrics is already used in azureqorkloadidentity.go. To provide parity between the two auth providers, ReportMetrics should be added to azureidentity.go too.

The contributing guide has a section for debugging which references Brisge2Kubernetes. As this VS code extension is not maintained anymore, it should be removed from the guide.
