I think there doesn't seem to be a strong desire at the moment to move over to something like this. Other contributors of course are free to weigh in.
This seems reasonable to me. @TheCleric @tjburch if you guys agree, then let's add it, subject to adding unit tests for this

For 15 min vs 62 seconds, that's a pretty clear winner here, even if Selenium would be cleaner.

When there are things like long column specifiers, having ~125 char lines sometimes will be clearer.
