software.py can't get user apps.

Software.py tries to use os.listdir("apps") to list all the user apps in the apps folder, the problem with this is that said folder is never generated on the smartwatch itself....

BUG: Silent notifications still go to smartwatch

ATM there's a problem with the notifications system, since silent notifications still appear on the smart watch and make it vibrate (using pinetime if that matters), its kinda annoying because...
