BUG: Silent notifications still go to smartwatch

ATM there's a problem with the notifications system, since silent notifications still appear on the smart watch and make it vibrate (using pinetime if that matters), its kinda annoying because the silent ones like my phone being plugged in constantly update and thus constantly revibrate.

Atm i cant get waspos companion to connect to my watch so tes ing it would be an issue.

But even if your fix works its not what i meant, on android if you click and hold on a notification you cqn set it to "silent" meaning it wont make a sound or vibrate your phone, its a per notification option.

As for why i cant connect the app to my smart watch, no clue. Its not connected to any other device, but this happend as soon as i added files to it, which is strange to say the least.
