I thought maybe we could allow the terminal view drag to mimic dragging from the terminal tabs section, but I think that would be confusing since the terminal view would...
I have no way to test this, but I made some changes that should be in insiders in early January that may have fixed this.
@glitch128 this is a bug in the fullscreen logic with the menu. as a workaround, please set `window.menuBarVisibility` to `visible`

with today's build i see the same (this is the only bug i hit in the flow now, aside from the pwsh issue)
By the way I've been seeing this every day since I have been debugging copilot chat simulations
