Is Synthetic testset generation only possible through knowledge graph generation or is it possible to generate dataset without Knowledge graph as well?

Thanks for your response! I see that single hop synthesizer is also based on KG - src/ragas/testset/synthesizers/single_hop/specific.py. Am I missing something? I have provided my response for #2231 .
