[New Steam UI] The Friends List window is white when minimized

Fullscreen video turns screen into a strobe light

I have the same issue on steam version 1747701111 running Linux Mint 22.1. My graphics card is a RTX 3060 Mobile and I am using NVIDA Prime Profile performance mode....
