[New Steam UI] The Friends List window is white when minimized

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

In the "Friends List" section, it has been observed that when the window is minimized, it loses its format and becomes completely white. Therefore, it is suggested that when minimizing the window, the same format and appearance it has when it is in the foreground should be maintained.

2. Minimize "Friends List" window

Doesn't happen with my Steam-Version: 1686880776, but the main window is black when minimized

I've got the same issue, both with the friends list window and the main Steam client window.

This issue occurs for me on Linux Mint Cinnamon 22.1 on Steam Version: 1747701111 for all windows of steam that are minimized when hovering the icon in the panel.
