There's actually a module that has fixed this issue, I would submit using that rather than my fork (mine's kind of hacky) [webpack compressjs](https://github.com/Faithlife/compressjs)

Yeah that would be really helpful for plugging it into my C++ exceptions. If you want I can do a PR for the new method (something like `mraa_strerror` or `mraa_strresult`)

Hello @renesas-andyb we are currently looking at other mcu offerings so I may be slow to reply in the future. Found another bug on v4.3.0, you're missing a `SET(CMAKE_CXX_COMPILE_OBJECT "${CMAKE_CXX_COMPILER}...
