@Santhi1901 changed GCST & also deleted the '6525350ce6cd8200013b5056' submission as we can't have two submission with same GCST, please validate

@earlEBI Done , the Depo sync will again changes the status , we need to create submission today itself

@Santhi1901 this is very much complex than previously thought ,not a straight forward GCST change, the issue is the studies have been duplicated probably both unpublished studies & published studies...

The GCST has been updated for the submission & the old unused GCST have been deleted from both Mongo & Curation DB so that reuploading template doesn't retain the old...
