Just curious if you plan to develop support for ESRI vector tile packages? Looks like most of what you've written here should support ESRI bundled vector tiles to mbtiles but...

Changed ints to doubles, trimmed some lib fat

Killa freakin job, this thing skreams@! I changed the ints on the envelope constructor to doubles to afford like, lat lngs and what not, had a bit of a cascade...
