Changed ints to doubles, trimmed some lib fat

Killa freakin job, this thing skreams@! I changed the ints on the envelope constructor to doubles to afford like, lat lngs and what not, had a bit of a cascade effect but it doesn't seem to have greatly impacted performance at all... Also removed/tweaked a few things based on Resharper told me to.
