The reason I reported this behavior is because I tried to 2-pass encode a video in webm, this generated a .audio file right away but the .video file was taking...

Yup. just deleted Ubuntu, Windows Terminal, Lenovo Vantage and Lenovoo Hotkeys :( atleast a warning would have been nice
