Remy Decausemaker and team did [a presentation at OSS - North America](https://sched.co/1aBPh) on [repo-scaffolder](https://github.com/dsacms/repo-scaffolder) (which I believe uses [repolinter](https://github.com/todogroup/repolinter)). Looked like good stuff.
