In general, how do we keep things consistent across languages? Update the elections doc to mention updating all languages?

That's interesting - it feels like there should be some way to get this, but I don't know how our localization was set up and if it conflicts with any...
The Mermaid graph renders in a small iframe, and click events meant to take you to some full-page view stay rendered within that iframe. We'd rather have the click targets...
