Add support for stdlib 7.x+

Currently, this module only supports stdlib < 7.0.0 which is pretty old now. Support should be added for the highest possible version of [stdlib](https://forge.puppet.com/modules/puppetlabs/stdlib/readme)

Logs not helpful if book name is missing

Currently, the logs aren't very helpful to see what book metadata is being fetched with fetching metadata for book".
