Logs not helpful if book name is missing

Currently, the logs aren't very helpful to see what book metadata is being fetched with fetching metadata for book". If seriesBookMeta.name is null/empty, the log isn't super helpful.

It would be helpful to log the seriesBookMeta.id as is done with a similar log for series.
