Initial working gazebo setup for the KUKA KR16-2 manipulator
This PR is dependent on #15.
Could you take a look at ros-industrial/abb_experimental#18?
I'm interested to see what you think about the proposed layout of the packages and the way the files are distributed there. I'm trying to come up with a 'definitive' pkg layout for simulator support pkgs (so not just Gazebo), and I welcome your input.
Depending on your comments we could merge the approaches and make both pkgs (irb120_gazebo
and yours) conform.
