StateMachine Add-In disappeared from RobotApps site

Since somewhere around July 2022, the StateMachine Add-In which can be used together with abb_robot_driver's nodes can no longer be downloaded using RobotStudio's RobotApps feature. This appears to have been a consequence of policies ABB changed around the way it manages its RobotApps.
