Could you please verify: if all tracks have been analyzed (do batch analysis via the Analyze feature (sidebar)) lock/unlock works for all tracks?

So the root cause is broken audio files? Can you lock/unlock after resetting BPM, beatgrid and waveform for those two tracks?

Yeah, F5 in the tracks view would also be cool.
I went with the position->row hash. Works nicely, didn't noticew any performance regression in select().
