Looks like we have issues open for [Storage](https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-cpp/issues/3556) and [Key Vault](https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-cpp/issues/3557) for this. Are these the last two parts for this envelope issue?
