Yes, that would be nice. Show the original title first, then show the alternative title on the next line in a slightly different font weight or color or whatever.
I am having the same problem trying to replace the Cut/Copy/Paste buttons. I am trying to replace them with MacOS style, text would do -- ⌘C -- or an icon....
