Convert Symantec MORE to OPML on Mac?

[moretrans.zip](https://github.com/scripting/opmlPackage/files/8117283/moretrans.zip) I was able to find this, but didn't have any success getting something useful from it. I'm guessing that these tools won't run on current versions of the Mac...
