In Hyrax 3.0.0 rc3, there are 1,644 published objects on nurax-dev  The "Published" tab on the "Review Submissions" page shows 1,000 results.

I tested this on nurax-pg and was able to add an existing work as a child via the Relationships tab.

Tested on nurax-dev running Hyrax 4.0.0.beta1. This is still an issue.

Retested this in Windows/Chrome. Thumbnails do not display, but placeholder thumbnails are now generated. When I highlight a work with a placeholder thumbnail, the user profile page loads as expected....

bibliographic_citation does not appear on the Generic Work or Image form on nurax-dev, which is currently running Hyrax 3.0.2

I can replicate this issue in my local build of Hyrax 4.0.0.beta1
