This was an experiment that I have been meaning to resurrect as I'm back using docker more. In the intervening time, `docker` has massively changed and some packages have appeared...
Some complications with things like `deps_github_fetch`, but the actual installation should be easy via installGithub?

I think if I used this PPA: https://launchpad.net/~marutter/+archive/ubuntu/c2d4u it would be heaps easier. I think that could be done by checking first and installing them if they are there?
