iskdaemon doesn't store keywords as text. It just stores numerical IDs as keywords. You'd need to store the textual representation of these keywords/tags/labels on another database.

This doesn't seem solved yet. Investigation pending.

The original intention was to keep iskdaemon as simple as possible. It seems reasonable to assume that any other system integrating into iskdaemon already keeps track of the original image...
