Can't load images on new Windows server install
I've downloaded 0.9.3 windows server install on both an XP machine and a Vista machine. In both cases I am not able to load images after creating the database space. A very brief pop-up message occurs after clicking on the Import button, and the log shows the correct images to be loaded, but no images ever get loaded.
do you get any error message on the log files? (program files\isk-daemon*.log)
Hi Ricardo,
No error messages in the log file (attached). Not sure that it matters, but there are no log files in the isk-daemon folder. In XP it's in C:\WINDOWS\system32 and on Vista it's in a different Windows folder (don't remember offhand, but I could get it if that's important).
Thanks, Bud

Quick question: does any of the file you are trying to import have file name (or anything in path) that contains non-latin1 characters? That is well known problem with desktop version running on windows and it most likely is present in server too.
No, just regular English language characters. I thought it might be caused by a space in one of the folder names, or the names being longer than 8 characters, but I tried limiting both of those conditions and it still happened.
By the way, the windows version edition will import the pictures just fine.
Thanks, Bud

Additional information on why the import failed should be available on the log files.
