Can you try this? Rename any perspectives containing the "–" character e.g. "–––––––––––––––––––––" or "Copy of –––––––––––––––––––––" so that they don't contain that character. This should solve the problem.

Punctuation shouldn't be a problem (I added a perspective called "TCHa & SPV" and it works for me). Plan B: can you open Alfred's Preferences and send me the debug...
