Request: Option to search title *and* notes in same command

Sometimes I don't know whether the text I'm looking for is in a task's notes or its title, and I'd like to be able to search both.

Hi and good day, Both are searched, when using the native OF-search and it is set to 'everything'.

Huh? I'm talking about the Alfred workflow, not OmniFocus's native search.

Piling onto this issue, since I had a similar and overlapping request:

I'd also really like to be able to search all types of items (project, task, inbox) together in a single query. I am frequently unsure which I'm looking for. Searching notes of all types is a secondary option I would love to have for this.
