A very strong signal that we need to implement this came this week - with someone being forced to use another tool as they couldn't access Maptio for a couple...

Another signal (though perhaps weaker this time) that it'd be great to improve this - caused quite a bit of confusion. It'd be easier, I think, for users to understand...
