I think the [FAQ.md](https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/metrics-server/blob/master/FAQ.md) should be the correct place to document this.
/close Not sure why it was set to `4443` when we explicitly set that to [`10250`](https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/metrics-server/blame/master/charts/metrics-server/values.yaml#L62). Anyway, closing since this is fixed.
